Please note, no parking facilities are available on site. A public pay and display car park (Crafton Green) is sited 300 yards from The Gem. Our courtyard is for drop-off and pick-up only!
Check-in starts at 3:00PM and ends at Midnight. We are unable to accept check-ins after Midnight unless confirmed in advance. Minimum check-in age is 18. Check-out time is at 11:00AM.
